Designs are carried out in accordance and agreement with the C.I.B.S.E Current Guides, the relevant Building Regulations and other specialist guidelines as published by the NHS and other government bodies.

At BMS, when a design is called for, consideration is given to the cost of installation, value for the Client's money, cost in use including maintenance and eventual replacement, together with its impact on the environment.

Each service is examined and calculated in detail. Drawings are then produced from the initial tender design through preliminary design issues, construction issues and finally as installed.

Each design is tailored to a particular Client's needs. If necessary, specialist advice can be provided for Clients who would appreciate further design consideration.
